They never got back to me and this drove me up the wall. I got in touch with Nominet who changed my TAG over to DC Hosting, and since then I have had a trouble free web experiance. Since moving to DC Hosting, I have never had as much help, even when the problem was my own fault!!

I have to say something about your service. Its fantastic. To be honest I hate web sites and sorting out hosting names and all that stuff. But if your not on the web these days your screwed. So when I was told by my partner to get on line,,,well,to cut it short we tried a number of well known providers,all of them had one main thing in common,,,they were great if you knew how this lot worked but crap if you didn?t. Lucky a friend mentioned you and we signed up. I was dreading it , lot of techy stuff and number nightmare. I followed all the instruction. And waited for the problems to begin,they didn?t not one. Then a few months back we got the go ahead for a new project that require a slightly bigger site. As I had just renewed my yearly subs. I thought we were stuffed, but I emailed any way asking if we could change. No problem. It was all sorted in a matter of a day. Well with the exception of a cock-up that was my fault. People couldn?t get to our site. So I followed all the instruction on the help page but still got no where. Eventually, tonight( well outside office hours) I emailed your support for help. And bugger me, hour later I had the answer. I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending DC hosting for any project I work on.
